Chef Eric originally hails from New Mexico. After working at Roy's Summerlin in Las Vegas, Chef Eric fell in love with a local girl and moved to make Kauai home. With local experience from Marks Place to Red Salt, he was thrilled when his career began with The Grand Hyatt over 4 years ago. Chef Eric loves that he will be a chef for the next 50 years and will still have more to learn. He is always working on new ideas, ways to create new exciting flavors and always keep it interesting.
